Shipping
For orders in the U. S. Postage & Handling cost is 30% of subtotal, up to $16.00. All orders outside the U.S. Postage & Handling cost is 50%, except books up to $50.00. All orders $340.00 or above will include free shipping. All orders in U.S. funds only. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your item(s) to arrive.
Taxes
A sales tax of 5.13% is only applied to Colorado residents.
Refunds/Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges on any open package except for defective tape or CDs. If your tape or CD is defective upon receipt, please call us at 719-687-7676 and we can arrange to send you a replacement.
Refunds/Exchanges for Jonah Intensive Class Signups
If your order includes signing up for a Jonah Intensive Class, you agree to accept the terms that this class sign up is not eligible for refunds or exchanges. The sale is final and you agree to these terms by checking the “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions” box upon final checkout.
Downloads are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.
We are not responsible for the loss of digital recordings due to a computer crash or any technical issue once the download process has been successfully completed. Please be sure to backup MP3 purchases so they can be restored should any loss of data occur after your transaction is complete.
